TERMS OF SERVICE

By making a reservation with us you agree to abide by our policies and our terms of service, which include the following:

  • Guests agree to be respectful of our home, property, facilities and the animals.

  • Guests agree NOT to feed the animals unsupervised.

  • Guests agree to NOT enter the enclosure of the billy goat.

  • Guests agree to abide by the check-in / check-out times unless otherwise agreed.

  • Guests agree to fulfil the payment requirements as set out by our booking platform.

  • Guests agree to arrange their own luggage carting requirements.

  • Guests agree to our cancellation policy.

  • We agree to provide guests with the accommodation and facilities as outlined in this website.

Should we deem that any of the above terms of service have not been adhered to a verbal warning will be given and/or action taken to remove you from the property.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason we allow free cancellation up to two weeks before your arrival date. We will refund your full amount should you cancel your booking up to two weeks before you are due to arrive.

Should you need to cancel your booking less than two weeks before your arrive date we will refund your payment less 25% of the total payment amount.

In the event of adverse weather that we deem to be potentially dangerous to our guests or hazardous to our facilities we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time before. Should we need to cancel your booking for any reason we will refund your full payment amount and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
